Employee Online Timesheet Software
Timesheets that fill themselves in. Hours come from the timers employees run on their tasks, and project managers approve or moderate them before they count.
What is employee online timesheet software?
Online timesheet software records the hours employees work in a central system instead of paper forms or spreadsheets. In Goalz.Work, time is captured as employees work: they run a timer on the task in front of them, every session is kept in the task's worklog, and the hours roll up by task, project and employee. Project managers then approve those hours or moderate them with a reason, so the timesheet that reaches your reports has already been reviewed.
Hours captured on the work, reviewed by the PM.
The timesheet is built while the work happens.
Employees start a timer on a task, pause it when they step away and stop it when they are done. Each session is saved to the task's worklog with its duration, so hours are recorded against real work rather than reconstructed at the end of the week.
Approved before it counts.
When a sprint closes, the project manager goes through each task's hours: approve them as logged, or moderate them to a different figure and say why. The employee's own logged time is never overwritten, so the adjustment stays visible.
One report for estimated, logged and approved hours.
Task Reports bring the numbers together by team, project, employee and date range - the estimate, the hours logged, the moderated figure and its reason, whether the task finished on time and how it was rated.
